FRONT CAMBER
ARMS (ASSEMBLY)
1. Start with the inner camber arms section (
2. Thread on the center turn buckle counterclockwise. The center
section will be marked with the groove as the inner side. Make sure it is hand
threaded on all the way until it stops against the inner lock nut

3. Thread on the outer lock nut clockwise on to the outer camber arm
section. Make sure it is hand threaded on all the way to the end of the
threads.
4. Complete the assembly by threading on the outer camber arm section
to the open end of the Center turnbuckle all the way until it stops.

5. Repeat steps 1-4 to assemble the second camber arm.
PREINSTALLATION SET UP
With the camber arms
completely assembled, the will be shorter than the sock camber arms. Loosen
both lock nuts just enough to adjust the front camber arm assemblies so they
are the stock length by twisting the center turn buckle to lengthen the arm. DO
NOT Spin either side of the camber arm independently as it will cause an uneven
balance and lack of adjustment when installed. Adjustment should always be
achieved by twisting the turnbuckle ONLY. If you are unsure if the arm is
uneven or if one side gets twisted independently, make/adjust the camber arm back
to the original assembly size or its shortest length and then readjust/lengthen
by twisting the turn buckle. Repeat for both sides.

ORIENTAION IN BRACKET
Make sure when
installing into the suspension bracket that the camber arm is oriented
properly.
Once the arm is bolted
back in to the car, make sure to tighten the lock nuts with wrenches.
To tighten, you will
need to use 2 wrenches. One to hold the center turn buckle in place and one to
tighten the lock nuts against the turn buckle.
After both sides are
installed, a professional alignment is required.

***EXTREMELY IMPORTANT***
ATTENTION INSTALLER / ALIGNMENT TECHNICIAN
There are
specific measurements that should never be exceeded for safe use of the front
camber arms.
Over extending
the camber arms is dangerous and can cause the arms to become structurally
insufficient.
1.
DO NOT EXCEED A TOTAL
2.
DO NOT EXCEED MORE
If more positive
camber adjustment is needed, we have extended center sections to accommodate
more positive camber adjustments safely. Please contact us if you need the
extended center turn buckle sections.

AFTER ALIGNMENT
IS COMPLETE
After the
alignment is professionally set and the lock nuts are completely tightened, we
recommend the use of LOCTITE #290. LOCTITE #290 is a specially formulated
thread lock agent that is designed to work on already assembled components as
it will wick itself into the threads of assembled and tightened camber arms.
Apply LOCTITE on
either side of the lock nuts and in between lock nuts and center turnbuckle

MAINTENANCE
With any
installation of aftermarket suspension components, it is suggested in the same
time frame intervals of regularly scheduled oil changes to check any adjustable
components to ensure that all is tight and locked down.
Any noises
associated with the suspension movement such as clunking, popping, or rattling
should be immediately inspected as may be caused by something that is loose.
