POWERTRIX ADJUSTABLE SWAY BAR END LINKS
Upgrade the performance of your sway bars by eliminating unfavorable
play and movement caused by worn rubber or urethane bushings in OEM
stock or aftermarket links. Our adjustable end links feature
automotive Grade 8 hardware and top quality stainless steel Japanese
manufactured Teflon lined, maintenance free, spherical bearing ball
joints these hard, zero play joints transfer all body roll energy to
the sway bar for optimum performance. Stock and aftermarket sway
bars kits were designed with the stock ride height and have
nonadjustable length end links. This causes a weak point in the sway
bar system due to the orientation of the links especially when set
on the stiffer inner settings on the bar where they are at
unfavorable acute angles. The use of adjustable end links allow the
setup of the links to be oriented as close to 90 degrees with the
bar so the force of body roll is directly translated to the bar
instead of the link itself making the sway bar more effective and
efficient. It is also use to help true not perfectly straight bars
and to eliminate unwanted directional preload.

POWERTRIX components VS Copy/Replica companies
There are many companies on the market that are duplicating and
coping our products and selling them at anywhere from slightly lower
to a much lower price.
To cut their costs, inferior components and materials to replicate
and copy our line of suspension components are used and then touted
at “just as good or same quality”
Below are some examples of what sets POWERTRIX Components apart from
those copy/replica companies:

All POWERTRIX suspension components are made of heat tempered forged
1018 grade steel or 4130 Chromalloy.
All hardware is grade 8 - grade10
Rod Ends:
Manufactured with Chromalloy ball housings
Self-contained and self-lubricated Real Teflon layer/lining
Use of larger, more surface area rod ends on Rear Camber Arms, Toe,
and Traction Rods.
Others use a brass or unknown designated metal that does not have
the hardness for longevity of the component with a “spray on Teflon”
that is so thin that regular friction will eventually wear quickly.
Rod End Boots:
Common sense is to protect the most important part of your control
arms by shielding the rod end from foreign elements, dust, dirt,
moisture etc. But simply using something to cover it is not enough.
POWERTRIX Rod End boots are made of a Butyl (synthetic rubber)
material that will with stands all the outer elements that cause
premature failure in the material that standard rubber succumbs to.
Also the design of the rod end boot creates a complete seal around
the rod end further increasing the protection the ball joint. Under
R&D and long term testing, these Butyl, complete seal boots have
shown no signs of deterioration even when submerged in salt water
for extended periods of time.
Others use an improper fitting rubber boot (which is susceptible to
immediate break down due to the natural elements oils, salts, dirt,
dust etc.) and that does not cover the rod end completely and allows
foreign particles in to prematurely wear that rod end.
